Developed by students seeking to bring about positive change, this app and bracelet set is the creative brainchild of Lachie Barbaro, Jess Emary, Christy Jiang, and Millicent Nankivell. The app was developed to track your alcohol consumption through the bracelet available in our package. This bracelet acts as a small breathalyser and when paired with the app, tracks how much you’ve had to drink.
The more you blow a 0 BAC reading into the bracelet, the more rewards you receive. This includes ranking on the national leaderboard, winning badges and even earning discounts to some of your favourite stores.
The Breath-A-Bracelet app encourages its users to drink less and live a more healthy lifestyle. It is perfect for alcoholics who want to get back on track with their lives, and for people who want to monitor their drinking; whether it be out in public or in the comfort of your own home.
The bracelet design is small and discrete and sits on your wrist like a watch, and has a little straw attached that can fold down onto the bracelet. This watch looks like any other fitness watch, so this makes it easy to disguise. This makes wearing the bracelet easy for everyday, and won’t get in the way of your work and personal life.
As the pressures we face in modern life continue increasing, our stress levels are rising in tandem. A common comfort for many people is drinking, which if not kept in check can turn to excess.

Your support for Breath-A-Bracelet will enable us to fast-track and increase production, getting our product to the people who need it most sooner.
We have the idea, designs, and manufacturer all ready to go, but these projects require funding to properly launch. With the help of our backers, we’ll be able to meet that goal and pay the appropriate staff and industry to bring this product to the market.

Stretch Goals
- If the project hits its funding requirement of $26,000 before the final deadline, then each backer will receive 15% off the price of the final product and will also receive a free reward on the app.
- If we hit $28,000 before the final deadline, all backers will receive 3 months free access to our in-app subscription only features.
- If the project hits $35,000, each backer will receive 40% off the final product and will get a further 25% off a second bracelet for a friend. The backer will also receive a free 6 months access to our in-app subscription only features.
Risks and challenges
Although this is our first Kickstarter campaign, this product has been in development for some time. We will be working with a manufacturer whose reputation and experience is second to none and we are confident that we’ll be able to fulfill our promises to our backers.
Having said that, we do still need your help in order to be able to provide you all with the best quality product we can achieve.
Hopefully everything will run smoothly, however sometimes unexpected situations can hold project delivery up. Global shipping and distribution may also be disrupted at present time, but we promise to do everything we reasonably can to mitigate any potential obstacles.
